The news that Jimmy King had dropped his lawsuit against newly elected Ward C Councilwoman Nidia Lopez turns out to be false. AND, today Judge Gallipoli allowed the OneJersey Candidate and Sgt. Anthony Association board member, Norrice Raymaker to join the lawsuit (as King was not going to pursue it due to his own legal problems - he's one of the 44 arrested in the Corruption probe).
Glad the judge is allowing this to go forward.
